Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and ClientGo LLC for using ClientGo.
Sections
SECTION 01
Who we are
ClientGo LLC ("ClientGo", "we", "us") runs ClientGo at https://client-go.com and in the ClientGo iPhone app. An Android app may come later. These terms cover all of them.
"You" means the person who signs up and the business they sign up for. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
By creating an account or using ClientGo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClientGo.
SECTION 02
Who can use ClientGo
- You use ClientGo for business only, not as a consumer.
- You are 18 or older.
- You and your business are based in the United States. You use ClientGo for work in the United States.
- The details you give us are true. You keep them up to date.
- One person per login. Do not share your login or use anyone else's.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone used your account, email contact@client-go.com right away.
SECTION 03
Roles and seats
- Each account has one role: lead provider or technician. The role cannot be changed later.
- Each account is one person and one business workspace. That person is the owner.
- Team seats are not available yet. If we add them, the owner is responsible for how each teammate uses ClientGo.
- The demo is for fictional data only. Never enter real people's details there.
SECTION 04
What ClientGo is
ClientGo is a US business-to-business lead exchange for home services. It connects businesses. It works like this:
- Lead providers publish homeowner service leads by state.
- Technician businesses see a short preview and request leads. The preview never shows the homeowner's name, phone, email or street address.
- The provider approves the technician's business, then assigns one technician.
- Only that technician then gets the homeowner's name, contact details and address.
- Businesses see each other by an alias code, not by legal name.
SECTION 05
What ClientGo is not
- We are not a party to any job or deal between members, or between a member and a homeowner.
- We do not employ technicians or providers. We do not do or supervise the work.
- We do not guarantee leads, requests, assignments, jobs, income or quality.
- We do not guarantee that a homeowner will answer, book or pay.
- A requested time is not a confirmed appointment.
- We do not verify every member. A check means only what it says. If we do not say we checked something, we did not.
- Do your own checks on licenses, insurance and reputation.
SECTION 06
Lead providers: your duties
When you publish a lead, you promise that:
- The homeowner, or someone with authority, asked to be contacted about this service.
- You have their permission to share their details through ClientGo, and for the assigned technician to contact them.
- You follow all consent, calling, texting and telemarketing laws, such as the TCPA and state rules. That duty is yours, not ours.
- The lead details and permission evidence are true and match the homeowner's inquiry.
- If the lead was shared with anyone before, you say so in the lead.
- You do not publish a lead that its source forbids you to share.
- You fix mistakes in your leads quickly.
- You keep any import secret for connected sources safe.
If a lead is no longer valid, or the homeowner withdraws permission, email contact@client-go.com and we will take it down.
Assigning a lead gives the technician the homeowner's details. It cannot be undone. If you release an assignment, you must give a reason.
SECTION 07
Technicians: your duties
- Use homeowner details only for the assigned job.
- Do not sell, share or reuse them for other work or marketing.
- If the provider releases the assignment, stop using that homeowner's details.
- Hold every license, permit and insurance your work needs.
- Follow the consumer, contracting and contact laws that apply to you.
- Do the work you accepted, or tell the provider quickly if you cannot.
- Record job updates, sales and payments truthfully.
SECTION 08
Commission between members
- The provider sets the commission terms. The technician accepts them when requesting a lead.
- ClientGo records the accepted terms with the job. A change applies only when the other side accepts it.
- Both sides must honor the accepted terms. Whoever collects from the customer pays the other side's share.
- The provider and technician agree and settle commission between themselves.
- ClientGo takes no cut. We do not invoice anyone. We do not collect, hold or move money. We are not a payment processor.
- Sales, payment and settlement entries in ClientGo are records only. They do not move money.
- We are not responsible for payment disputes between members. We may help by sharing the job's records with both sides.
SECTION 09
Fees
- ClientGo is free during launch. No membership is charged.
- We may start paid plans later. If we do, we will post the prices and tell you before any charge.
- You can then choose to pay or stop using ClientGo. Your history and job records stay with your account.
- There are no purchases inside the iPhone app.
- You pay your own taxes and business costs.
SECTION 10
Content and conduct
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not:
- Post content that is false, misleading, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal.
- Misrepresent a homeowner's permission or a lead's details.
- Resell homeowner records or use them outside the assigned job.
- Go around the assignment process to get homeowner details.
- Collect data about members or homeowners you are not assigned to.
- Pretend to be another person or business, or use another business's account.
- Send spam or unwanted contact.
- Break the law or anyone's rights.
- Probe, overload, scrape or break ClientGo, or get around its limits or security.
SECTION 11
Report and Block
- Use Report on any job, or Report an issue on a lead, to flag content or conduct. You can also email contact@client-go.com.
- We review reports within 24 hours.
- We may remove content, and suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
- Block works both ways. It hides leads and notices between the two businesses and stops new requests. Open requests between you close.
- Work already assigned stays in place. The blocked business is not told.
- To undo a block, email contact@client-go.com.
SECTION 12
AI assistance
- On the paste page you can tick "Let OpenAI read my note". It is off by default.
- If you tick it, we send your note to OpenAI to draft lead cards. If you do not, the note stays in your browser.
- Only tick it if you may share that note with OpenAI.
- AI can be wrong. It can miss, invent or mix up details.
- Review and fix every card before you publish it. You are responsible for everything you publish.
SECTION 13
Homeowner data and privacy
- Our Privacy Policy at https://client-go.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data.
- Each business is responsible for the homeowner data it shares or receives. You decide how you use it, and you answer for that use.
- Protect homeowner data with reasonable security. Keep it only as long as you need it.
- Answer homeowners' requests about their data as the law requires.
- If homeowner data you got through ClientGo is lost or misused, tell us at contact@client-go.com promptly.
SECTION 14
Notifications
- By creating an account, you agree to get email from us about ClientGo.
- Service messages cannot be turned off while you have an account. These include sign-in, security, request, assignment and job messages.
- To stop new-lead alerts or product news, email contact@client-go.com.
- The iPhone app asks your permission before it sends push notifications. You can turn them off in your iPhone settings at any time.
SECTION 15
Ending
- You can delete your account at any time. Go to Account, choose Delete account, and enter your password. Steps are also at https://client-go.com/delete-account.
- Before you delete, stop any website form or CRM from sending leads to ClientGo. You can also ask us at contact@client-go.com to turn off its access.
- Deleting removes your sign-in, profile, notification settings and devices. Jobs already assigned to another member stay in their records, without your name. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we keep.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, create risk for others or ClientGo, or the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why.
- We may change or stop parts of ClientGo. If we shut ClientGo down, we will give reasonable notice.
- These parts still apply after your account ends: homeowner data duties, commission between members, content license, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes and general terms.
SECTION 16
Our service and your content
- ClientGo, its software, design and brand belong to ClientGo LLC.
- We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ClientGo for your business under these terms. We may end it as these terms allow.
- Do not copy, sell, resell or reverse engineer ClientGo.
- You keep ownership of what you add, like leads, notes and job records.
- You let us host, store, copy, show and share that content only to run and secure ClientGo, and as the law requires.
- This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies other members already have, backups, and records we keep as our Privacy Policy explains.
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
SECTION 17
Disclaimers
- ClientGo is provided "as is" and "as available".
- As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied. This includes merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.
- We do not promise ClientGo will be error-free, secure or always available.
- We are not responsible for members, homeowners, leads or jobs.
- We are not responsible for third-party services, such as maps.
SECTION 18
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data or business.
- Our total liability for all claims about ClientGo is the greater of: what you paid ClientGo in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.
- These limits apply even if we knew the harm was possible.
Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
SECTION 19
Indemnity
You will defend ClientGo LLC and its owners, staff and agents against claims by others. You will pay the resulting losses, damages and reasonable legal fees. This covers claims that come from:
- your leads, content or jobs;
- your dealings with homeowners or other members;
- your breach of these terms or the law.
We will tell you about the claim. You may not settle it in a way that admits fault by us without our written consent.
SECTION 20
Disputes
- Talk to us first. Email contact@client-go.com with the problem and what you want.
- We will both try in good faith to solve it within 30 days.
- If we cannot, either side may go to court.
- Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Any case goes to the state or federal courts located in Arizona. You and we agree to those courts.
SECTION 21
iPhone app
If you got the app from Apple's App Store:
- These terms are between you and ClientGo LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your license to use the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
- Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- Apple has no warranty duty for the app. If the app fails a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund any price you paid.
- Apple is not responsible for claims about the app. This includes product liability, legal or regulatory, and consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims the app infringes their rights, we, not Apple, handle it.
- You confirm you are not in a country under US embargo, and not on a US list of restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple may enforce them against you.
- Send questions or complaints about the app to contact@client-go.com.
SECTION 22
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
- For material changes, we will tell you by email or in ClientGo before they take effect.
- If you keep using ClientGo after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using ClientGo and delete your account.
SECTION 23
General
- You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
- If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and, for the iPhone app, Apple's Standard EULA are the whole agreement between you and us about ClientGo.
- If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not waived it.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These terms create no partnership, agency or employment between you and us, or between members.
- We send notices to your account email or in ClientGo. Send notices to us at contact@client-go.com.
