ClientGo is free and fully open right now: full access, no membership charged. No payment processor is connected, so no membership can be started, charged, renewed or cancelled here, and no payment method is collected. $20/month is the planned price per role membership, not a current charge; rates, billing unit, tax treatment and binding terms are unapproved, and notice will be given before charging begins. When paid membership starts, an account keeps its history, jobs and statements, and is asked to start a membership before new marketplace activity.
WHERE THE MONEY ACTUALLY MOVES
The membership is separate from the job — free while ClientGo launches, planned at $20 a month. The provider sets the earnings terms, the technician accepts them before assignment, and the two businesses settle between themselves.
ClientGo does not price leads, take a booking fee or job percentage, hold a spread, or collect the homeowner’s payment. The technician quotes the work and receives the customer’s payment.

Wrong service classification, unsupported location, unusable contact details, or a record that missed the agreed standard. Raise it with evidence and a reviewer records a decision. Losing a job does not by itself qualify, and a review never reassigns the job.
