ClientGo Common questions

Common questions

Participation

Who can participate in ClientGo?

Lead providers and technician businesses apply and hold separate role memberships — free while ClientGo launches, planned at $20/month each. Approved owners invite their teams. An invited field technician works through that business account and does not become an owner or administrator.

Does ClientGo perform the service work?

No. Technician businesses contact homeowners, quote, perform the work, and collect their own payments. ClientGo makes the introduction and keeps the request and assignment record.

Where is ClientGo available?

All US states. Services: air duct, dryer vent, garage door, locksmith, chimney, construction, sliding door.

Lead quality

What does one-contractor delivery mean?

A lead goes to one technician. On approval, that technician alone receives the private customer record, and the inquiry is not offered again — even if the job is lost. The homeowner may still contact other companies.

Are jobs or customer responses guaranteed?

No. It is an opportunity to contact a homeowner about a specific request. The homeowner decides whether to respond, book, or hire. Volumes, earnings, and completed jobs are not guaranteed.

Is phone validation the same as phone confirmation?

No. A number can be valid with nobody having spoken to the homeowner. Phone-confirmed means a recorded verification event describes an actual conversation confirming the request.

Pricing

How is the technician’s payment agreed?

The provider states the technician’s earnings terms on the lead; the technician sees them before requesting and accepts them before assignment. The two businesses settle between themselves — ClientGo takes no percentage of the job and does not collect or pay that commission.

What if an assigned record turns out to be wrong?

Wrong service classification, unsupported location, unusable contact details, or a record that missed the agreed standard. Raise it with evidence and a reviewer records a decision. Losing a job does not by itself qualify, and a review never reassigns the job.

What does ClientGo charge?

Nothing today. ClientGo is free and fully open while it launches: full access, no membership charged, no payment processor connected, no payment method collected. ClientGo Technician and ClientGo Lead Provider are planned at $20 per month each. There is no per-lead price, credit pack, wholesale spread, booking fee, or ClientGo job percentage. Rates and terms still require approval, and notice will be given before charging begins.
