ClientGo Lead quality

Lead quality

Know what qualifies before you request.

See what was checked, how it was checked, and what remains uncertain.

A check has a reason.

  • Right service and request type
  • Within the agreed service area
  • Requested timing recorded
  • Source and permission reviewed
  • Verification method clearly described

SHARED DEFINITIONS

Different words.
Different levels of certainty.

01

Unverified

Captured. Details and source still need review.

02

Qualified

Meets the agreed service, location, timing, and permission criteria.

03

Phone-confirmed

A verification event records an actual conversation confirming the request. Number validation alone does not qualify.

04

Booked

An appointment was explicitly agreed. Requested timing alone is not a booking.

05

Held

The appointment is reported to have happened. Not a check on work quality or payment.

WHEN SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT

Evidence first.
A recorded decision.

Review checks whether an assigned record met the agreed criteria. Share the issue and evidence in that job’s workspace. Deadlines and terms must be agreed before live participation.

No response, a lost quote, or a homeowner choosing someone else is not a qualification failure.

The review path

  1. 1
    Open the case

Choose the reason and provide relevant evidence.

  2. 2
    Review the record

Staff may ask for clarification, then approve or deny.

  3. 3
    Track the adjustment

Request and assignment history is preserved. A commission correction between the two businesses is a separate record.

A review never makes an assigned lead available to another technician.
